Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Purpose
anphe is a social and video platform for multilingual and vertical writing experiences. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior and content standards we expect from everyone using the Service.
They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
General standards
Treat others with respect. Share content you have the right to share. Do not use anphe to harm, deceive, or exploit others.
We may consider context, intent, and severity when reviewing reports. Repeated or severe violations carry stronger consequences.
Spam
Do not post repetitive, misleading, or unsolicited promotional content. This includes fake engagement, link farming, automated posting, and schemes designed to manipulate discovery or traffic.
Harassment and bullying
Do not target individuals with abuse, threats, intimidation, or sustained unwanted contact. This includes slurs directed at a person, coordinated pile-ons, and publishing private information to humiliate someone (doxxing).
Hate speech
Do not promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
Sexual content
Do not post sexually explicit content, especially involving minors or non-consenting parties. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual exploitation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
Violence and gore
Do not glorify, incite, or threaten violence. Content that depicts extreme gore, cruelty, or real-world violence for shock value is not allowed.
Illegal activity
Do not use anphe to facilitate or promote illegal activity, including fraud, sale of illegal goods or services, or instructions for committing crimes.
Self-harm
Do not encourage, instruct, or glorify self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is in crisis, seek help from local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Misinformation
Do not deliberately spread false or misleading information that could cause harm, especially about elections, public health, or emergencies. Parody and satire should be clearly identifiable.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organization in a way that is likely to mislead others. Parody accounts should be clearly labeled.
Copyright and intellectual property
Post only content you created or have permission to use. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Reporting content or users
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app Report option on posts, videos, comments, or profiles. Choose the reason that best matches the issue and add details when helpful.
Reports are reviewed by our team. Submitting false or abusive reports may itself violate these guidelines.
Blocking users
You can block users from their profile or from Settings → Privacy → Block list. Blocked users cannot find your profile or interact with your content, and you will not see their replies on your posts.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may remove content, limit account features, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. We may also restrict accounts pending investigation.
We may update these guidelines as the Service evolves. Continued use of anphe means you agree to follow the current version.
Appeals and questions
If you believe we made a mistake in enforcing these guidelines, contact us at dan@dugian.com with your username and a description of the action you are appealing.
We cannot guarantee that every appeal will be granted, but we will review good-faith requests.
