Delete your anphe data

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your anphe account.

anphe is provided by DU GIAN PRIVATE ENTERPRISE.

You can delete specific data in the app, request deletion by email, or delete your entire account and all associated data.

Delete specific data in the app

  1. Open anphe.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to the content or profile data you want to delete.
  4. Delete the post, photo, video, or profile information where this option is available.

Delete your account and all associated data

To delete your entire account and associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

How to request data deletion

If you cannot delete specific data in the app, or no longer have access to the app, email us at:

Please include the email address or username linked to your anphe account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data covered by deletion

A deletion request may include:

  • Profile information
  • Posts and replies
  • Uploaded photos and videos
  • Follow relationships
  • Notifications
  • Account authentication data
  • Other user-generated content linked to your account

Data we may keep

We may retain limited data where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms and Community Guidelines.

Processing time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may take longer to be removed according to our backup deletion cycle.
